Service Agreement

Local Dumpster Rentals LLC agrees to provide dumpster disposal services using our roll-off containers. Service will be rendered on the day requested when ordered through our online system. Customers must call at least 4 hours in advance to schedule a same-day swap or pickup. A $50 same-day service fee will apply if sufficient notice is not provided.

Rental periods include 7 days. Beginning on the 8th day, an additional charge of $20 per day will apply until the dumpster is retrieved.

Customer Responsibility & Additional Charges

All customers are responsible for:

• The total weight of the contents in their dumpster(s).
• Scheduling the removal or pickup of their dumpster(s).
• Ensuring dumpsters are not overloaded or blocked at pickup.
• Inspecting the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage.

Upon pickup, Local Dumpster Rentals LLC reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements if damage occurs while the dumpster is in the customer’s possession. The customer authorizes Local Dumpster Rentals LLC to collect any additional costs associated with disposal, overages, or damage.

Overweight Charges

Exceeding the stated weight allowances will result in a charge of $95 per ton for each ton over the included limit.

If the dumpster exceeds the maximum allowable weight, service will be refused, and the customer will be required to offload material.

Dry Run Charges

If the dumpster cannot be accessed or retrieved, a “dry run” fee of $75 to $100 per occurrence will apply.

Restricted or Hazardous Materials

Cleaning or removal of restricted materials will be billed at third-party rates plus a reasonable markup.

• Mattresses or box springs: $100 each

Waste Material Restrictions

Only non-hazardous solid waste may be disposed of. The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Liquids, paints, oils, solvents
• Batteries, tires, ashes, vehicle parts, sewage sludge
• Hazardous, biomedical, infectious, or toxic materials
• Flammable or explosive substances
• Electronics (TVs, monitors, etc.): $100 per unit if found
• Appliances with Freon (refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, etc.): $60 per unit if found
• Mattresses/box springs: $100 each
• Lead acid batteries, motor oil, or fuel
• Food waste and wet paint (wet paint: $20 per gallon disposal fee)
• Tires: $30 per tire if found
• Concrete, dirt, rocks, shingles, and other heavy debris (unless pre-approved for recycling jobs)

Overloaded dumpsters will not be hauled. A $125 return trip fee plus $25 per additional day will apply until the issue is corrected. Only level loads are permitted per state transport safety laws.

Inspection and Liability

Title and liability for prohibited waste remain with the customer at all times. Local Dumpster Rentals LLC reserves the right to inspect, analyze, or test any materials disposed of in the dumpster.

Customers acknowledge that Local Dumpster Rentals LLC is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces when containers are placed as instructed. Customers may not move dumpsters using personal or third-party equipment.

Payment Terms

• Prepayment via debit or credit card is required at the time of reservation.
• The payment card will remain on file until the account reaches a zero balance.
• Additional fees may apply for extra weight, prohibited items, or service delays.

Conditions & Restrictions

• Customers retain ownership of all materials until accepted at a landfill or transfer station.
• Restricted items found in the dumpster will result in service refusal and trip fees.
• Dumpster access must be clear on the day of pickup. If blocked, a $125 trip fee plus additional daily rental charges may apply.
• Pickups may begin as early as 6:00 a.m.; please ensure clear access.
• If placed on lawns or landscaped areas, Local Dumpster Rentals LLC is not responsible for surface damage or additional day fees due to access issues caused by rain or obstructions.

Safety Notice

Dumpster loading presents potential hazards due to shifting debris.

• Always load with care and never exceed the fill line.
• Children are not permitted to play in or around dumpsters.
• Do not place hot ash, coal, or recently burned materials inside.

Construction & Household Debris Weight Allowances

Construction Debris

• 10-yard dumpster: Includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs)
• 15-yard dumpster: Includes 3 tons (6,000 lbs)
• 20-yard dumpster: Includes 4 tons (8,000 lbs)

No dumpster may exceed 4 tons. Additional weight billed at $60 per ton (prorated).

Household Debris

• 10-yard dumpster: Includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs)
• 15-yard dumpster: Includes 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs)
• 20-yard dumpster: Includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs)

No dumpster may exceed 4 tons. Additional weight billed at $60 per ton (prorated).

Damage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any damage to dumpsters beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Burn marks
• Graffiti or paint
• Holes, large dents, or vehicle-related damage

Acknowledgment

By signing or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and restrictions listed in this contract.

Governing Law  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
